12.30 leave base hospital and head for Northwick.

Northwick Park station (Metropolitan line) is on site. There is also a public car park with a barrier, that you need to pay a ticket to exit.

1:00 - 2:00pm Formal Lunch. Please would people arrive for 13.15 so that they can have lunch and then we can start promptly
